Preetika Rao is an Indian actress, model, and former film columnist who primarily works in Hindi television and film. She made her acting debut with the Tamil film Chikku Bukku (2010).
Rao is best known for portraying Aaliya Zain Abdullah in her television debut, Beintehaa (2013), for which she won several awards, including the Gold Award for Best Debut-Female and the ITA Award for "GR8! Onscreen Couple with Harshad Arora."
In 2017, she played Mohini Ayaan Mehta in Love Ka Hai Intezaar (2017). Rao made her Hindi film debut in 2019 with Zee5's 377 Ab Normal.

Rao was born in Mangalore, Karnataka. She comes from a Konkani-speaking Hindu family.
